The Earth Set is a foundational Hatha Yoga practice that emphasizes proper alignment, balanced energetic action, and a “joyful heart” attitude. This multi-level session teaches breathing practices and relaxation techniques. This grounding practice provides stability for Beginners to thoroughly embody the poses. Students learn how to harmonize with their weakness and strengths, while cultivating balance, mind/body awareness, and inner peace. Poses are heart oriented, and are expressed from the inside out.

Fluid Flow - Vinyasa Flow yoga is a popular, evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that focuses on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility, your practice with your daily life. The Air Set - This pranayam session is entirely devoted to learning breathing practices to boost immune system, alkalize the blood, balance the left/right hemispheres of the brain, increase mental awareness, energy, and produce a calm mind/open heart. Subtle, meditative movements are integrated into the practice.
Solar Flow - A combination of Vinyasa yoga and kundalini exercises that exists as a catalyst for the natural state of happiness we were born to embody. This practice purifies, strengthens, and increases agility, flexibility and creativity. Accompanied with World music and poetry for an expansive and radiating mind/body/spirit experience. SOLAR - (Levels 2,3)
The Lunar Set - Restorative Yoga: Recharge and reset
This gentle, non-invasive form of yin yoga stretches the entire body, promotes wellness, relieves minor aches and pains, and induces a clear and calm mind. This is a perfect gift to give to yourself or any one to shower them with nurturance, openness, increased flexibility, and balance. Props are used to assist the practitioner in slowly opening up the body, and receiving maximum benefit.

Power Yoga - This practice manifests all benefits of traditional Hatha yoga, yet is intensified by going deeper, breaking old belief patterns, while increasing strength and stamina. This is an adrenilized session that unites breath and movement , effort and grace.

Children’s Yoga - Yoga has many healing benefits for kid’s, and they naturally love to practice. This session cultivates pure fun, awareness, self-confidence, and calmness. The child embodies a genuine experience that benefits all areas of their life. You will be amazed at how much knowledge your child brings home after just one session. At any age, yoga cultivates self-discipline, joy, and wholeness in all.
Nada Vinyasa Yoga - Nada means sound. Vinyasa means flow. Yoga is to yoke into One. The vibration of sound is integrated into each pose by using a didgeridoo. The musical accompiniast assists the practitioner into releasing stagnant energy and helps to shift stuck thought patterns. The practice is taken to the next level and beyond by playing this sacred, aboriginee, musical instrument over the body’s energy centers in collaboration with the asanas.
Sivananda Yoga - This 1.5-2hr. session is classical yoga, and is based on the five points of exercise. This teaching has been passed down from teacher/guru to student and treats the body, mind, and spirit. This complete session includes pranayam, asana, and meditation. There are twelve basic poses that build the foundation, and from this point it escalates toward more advanced levels of yoga.
Themethod Pilates Matwork Series- Joseph H. Pilates developed this total mind/body conditioning system. This is a series of mat work excersices to strengthen and tone, creating a lean, supple, body. Pilates increases body awareness, determination, and gives revitalization. The session is based on three levels(beg/int./adv.) and usually lasts 45minutes to one hour. Pilates- (multi-level)
